How can I pay? |

When we have received and registered your order we will send you an invoice, which should arrive when you receive your first copy of Newsweek. |

When does delivery begin? |
|

It takes around 3-4 weeks after we receive
your order for the delivery of Newsweek to start. |
|

Will my subscription
be renewed automatically? |

About 6 weeks before your subscription
comes to an end we will send you a renewal offer with an invoice.
To end your subscription, you must return the invoice with the remark
"CANCEL" on it to Newsweek International, Hasselhaven 14, 8520 Lystrup, Denmark. If we don't hear from
you, we will assume that you wish to renew and will pay the invoice
within the given time frame. Delivery will continue to ensure that
you don't miss a single issue. If you wish to cancel your subscription,
but have already received a payment reminder, please contact our customer
service department via e-Mail stating your 8-digit subscription
number from your address label. |

I've paid already, so
why have I received another invoice? |

A few working days elapse between the
debiting of the payment from your account and the crediting of it
to ours. In the meantime, a payment reminder has been sent out. Please
ignore this reminder. |

Can I make a separate
order for the NW educational program (NEP)? |
|
|

Unfortunately not. The Educational
Program is only available in conjunction with a minimum order
of 7 pupils/students. |
|

Can I have the delivery
address changed to anywhere in the world? |
|
|
|

Newsweek can be delivered to almost anywhere.
The only exception is Australia where Newsweek is not available at
all. To change your address please use our change
of address form. |

How long does a change
of address take? |
|
|
|

Within Europe any change takes around
3-4 weeks to come into effect. A change of address to countries outside
the EU, USA for example, take a little longer - up to 6 weeks. |

Is it possible to receive
the US edition in Europe? |

Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver
the US edition in Europe. |
